Strategy on marksman for today, as following yesterday strategy, fine tune using inspire rather than retribution

1. Jungle, minion & jungle till level 10
2. Turret till level 13
3. Hero kills till MVP is comfortable
4. Take lord or team strike to base, which ever feasible
