Thank you and yes it does. Sadly i live in Illinois and while they have medical marijuana here the process of getting the card is pretty hard for most especially with PTSD. Its not the law im concerned with its the money i dont have to buy it. If they would legalize it completely like it should be i could grow it myself. The other issue is once you get that card you lose your 2nd amendment right. A double whammy for the vets who served to protect them.
