Dodgeball is a game played by two teams 10 members each) where they try to eliminate each members opponent by throwing a ball to hit them. The team with more members survived at the end of the game wins.
My son, Andrei is a member of dodgeball team in his Elementary school (Nishi-Maiko). Last Saturday, they held an inter school Dodgeball tournament. He is the only foreighner (Filipino) student in 14 schools.
He is wearing #4 jersey (I opt not to show other students face since I do not have the permission from their parents to post these photos, a gesture of respect)
In this photo, they are preparing for their game.
Lining up and greetings before the game start.
Game proper.
At the end of the game, they will sit and count the remaining members of each group. In this photo my son's team lost the game.
My son did 4 set of games.
He did his best and I am a very proud Filipino parent as the students and parents are cheering for my son. At the end of the game, parents do appreciate how strong my son's throw and how fast he moves.
However, their team lost but like my son said ''I enjoyed the game!'' And made me more proud of him.
He is ready for another game, jersey #9.
Closing ceremony.

Still a very jolly kid.
A parent approached my husband and asked if Andrei would like to join a baseball team and invited Andrei to visit the teams practice on the following day, my husband gladly replied yes because it is Andrei's dream to join a baseball team since he was in the second grade (he is inspired by Major League).
Yesterday, Andrei registered for the team and ready to be a baseball player! !
Our Baseball Player 😊
God bless you our son! ❤
