She somehow managed to knock my tool box over (trying to climb on it I guess) and give herself a pretty nasty cut right next to her eye. Lucky her eye is OK and she made a speedy recovery. She wouldn't stop rubbing the wound with her paws, so the cone was necessary. I though the house was pretty safe for the dog to rome as she pleased but I was wrong and she found a way to prove it to me. Worst than a child!
