Most of downvoters are minnows without good or at list avereg quality content, also 95% of them are not investing in Steemit a single cent, their not doing anything good for the platform, only upseting resent posters and scaring new ones! we can easly stop this by downvoting them back, im sure soon there will not be left anyone who will dear downvote good content and manipulate others to do the same!
