I had a dream. I was lost in the desert only to find a tree that stretched to the heavens and beyond. The leaves of that tree varied greatly and didn't appear to be the same color anywhere. The stars were sparkling harder than I had ever seen before and it was broad daylight.
My throat would not stop pounding with thirst. I walked and walked towards it but it never drew any closer. Surely there had to be water at the based of the tree.
Something that would quench this thirst. Hell, what I wouldn't give for a drink.
