IN YOUR OPINION, SHOULD SOVEREIGNS OR CENTRAL BANKS CREATE THEIR OWN CRYPTOCURRENCIES?

Several countries are thinking to launch their own cryptocurrencies like the crisis driven Venezuela was the first to do it in 2018. Marshal Islands, a small country in the Pacific, following Venezuela even passed a law to recongnize cryptocurrency.

In my opinion, it is good to have the sovereigns launching their cryptos because this would give cryptos a chance to get regularize, which can add up to the country's economy. It might hurt the cryptos at the initial stage but in the longer run it might prove to be really fruitful.

What is your opinion on this? 
Should Sovereings or Central Banks create their own cryptocurrencies?
