Question to Non-Whales: Is buying Booster Packs for Splinterlands a bad idea?
I opened a Booster Pack just less than 1 hour ago. The cards it contained was worth $0.58 Normally a pack is worth $2 but I bought the BETA Tokens at $1.65 (because of current STEEM price) I'm at close to 65% loss
- This is why I don't buy packs. Buy cards from the market
- The big wins of Epic/Legendary/Gold makes up for it.
- Just play it as a lottery/gamble and you'll be fine
- I'm a whale 🐳🐳🐳 Price is no issue. I win many Epic/Legendary/Gold from bulk purchases
- I don't play Splinterlands/STEEM Monsters
