Which Steemmonsters Summoner level is your target? (Poll + Giveaway #16)

I just made my first rare summoner reach level 6. This is the gold league level cap and for now this is as far as I want to go. I am kind of following @flauwy's strategy and not investing in the super expensive last two levels of the cards. Now that the first step is taken, my monsters and the other summoners need to follow. Which levels is your deck aimed at?
