Recently GOBankingRates surveyed 508 non-investors to find out why some Americans are reluctant to invest their money.
The results showed that
- 55% of the respondents think they don’t earn enough money to invest
- 15% think they don’t have enough time to invest
- 9% think they don’t know how to invest and
- 8% are afraid of losing their money.
That is the result for Americans. The reasons why people don't invest would vary from country to country.
