Pay-to-win games are this simple, if you have the money, then everything will be fine for sure and perhaps you will beat all your opponents because you have more possibilities.

The other option is a game in which a balance will exist. Though free members will likely have to put a lot of effort to find the best items, it will be possible somehow.
