Morning walk?
I consider Morning walk a very good habit. It's so refreshing for the mind and body. There are many people out there who take a walk regularly at the morning not just for taking care of their health but to refresh their mind too.
I'm not a early bird. But try to get up from the bed before 8.00 am. As I have a toddler so the first thing I have to do is to take care of him, making food for him, brush his teeth and so on. So there's no time for morning walk. But sometimes we go for a walk in the evening. That's not as refreshing as morning because there are too much traffic in that time.
What's your position in this. Do you get time for morning walk or not?
