Good morning!
Super busy lately, spinning my wheels on an animation project that seems to be getting nowheres... Last night I wrestled with a 10000 x 10000 pixel texture (water ripples). Between determining the best way to make it look and a potentially insane render burden, I burned a lot of time :(Turns out I got THAT section done, with many, many, left to do... Hoping I can get the first minute done ASAP. Usually the first section of an animation is the most burdensome and things improve from there onward...
Of course, being a paid project for a client, I'm not allowed to share it on Steem...
Rage dRama!
This horned glob is so menacing that it makes even me uncomfortable... And I'm the fool who drew it! However, it helps balance out fear dRama and melancholy dRama... I do have a few ideas for the next one too, but will probably finish this whence I hast the chance.
Blah blah, gotta run
Still hunting for (more) projects like a desperate nut. Had a few meetings last week, one of which, if it works out, could be life-changing... Who knows, though, the business world is so very shifty and unreliable. I put in a project proposal on saturday and it should help them win the contract. The guy who is working on the deal is someone local with a successful tech company, and seems to have hand-picked me for the role. Time will tell, but I can't help but to hold on to just a sliver of wishful thinking. What seems appealing is that the project would be open-ended and pay royalties.
Sorry I didn't reply to many of your comments on the last post, working on that asap :)
