Its our rejection- our denial- of the existence of death which creates the rampant disease of dissatisfaction that poisons the way we "live". The rejection of death denies us our plunge into the depths of joy. We must look death in the eyes to understand the pure miracle of life itself. When we openly view the fragility of it all, we open our hearts to joy and love, we remove the blindfold of numbing fear keeping us separate from the energy of life. When we accept death, only then may our life truly begin.
