This is Chopper. Chopper is a character from anime One Piece. He is a special kind of reindeer who happen to eat the fruit called Hito Hito no Mi which made him transform into a human hybrid. He is a doctor on Mugiwara crew's ship. He is so cute and loves cotton candy.
