Greetings, friends! Let me introduce you to my illustration of the seventh chapter of the Book of Genesis.
Today, I understand that if I had not started drawing these illustrations, then I would not have started drawing at all. I am grateful to God for that.
I do not compete with other artists who created beautiful paintings on the subject of the Bible. When I draw an illustration, I better understand the Word of God. Each stroke of a ballpoint pen, and I draw a ballpoint pen with blue paste, it brings me a new understanding and sense of presence at the time when these events occurred.
I do not set myself any special and lofty goals in this case, but if one day someone looks at these pictures and sees something new in the Word of God, I will be happy.
When I pick up a ballpoint pen, I still do not know what and how I will draw. Gradually drawing begins to acquire its features.
When I began to draw an illustration for the first chapter, I doubted that I would get an illustration for the second chapter. To date, there is already a set of illustrations for the seven chapters of the Book of Genesis. You can see these illustrations by following these links.

The fifth chapter of Genesis
The sixth chapter of Genesis
So back to this illustration. In it, I tried to reflect the meaning and my understanding of the events taking place, which are described in the seventh chapter of Genesis.
God ordered Noah to immerse his family and all the animals, one pair at a time.
When everyone was on board the ark, God sealed the entrance to the ark and poured water from the sky. It rained so hard that the water completely covered the mountains. Life remained only on the ark.
The following chapters tell about life on the ark. They are in general similar to this chapter. At the moment, I do not know how to draw them. I do not want to make passes. So I sometimes read the Bible. If this chapter is not interesting, you can skip it. I don't want to do that. I hope that the understanding of the picture will come to me.
These are my works, during my stay on Steemit.
