Hello Everybody! This is my color rendering entry for Hive account@tonyr Learn to Draw with Friends contest. This week's theme is "games". The beginner level drawing was of Mario, but I decided to add in Luigi for fun since my son drew both characters for the contest as well. Just as I always do, I took photos to show my work along the way.

My Final Color Rendering of Mario & Luigi

Here are my work in progress images:

Roughing in the character lines to get the proportions.

Refining the lines for Mario, and then Luigi.

Using a Black Color Pencil to draw in the final lines.

Thicken up the edge lines and begin coloring them in.

My completed drawing.
