Hello all!

So I decided I would do small sketches from observation now and then. Just to stay in shape. And here is a record of the first one that I made.

I suppose it is alright because it could be worse. The values are all off, of course. But, well, this is what these exercises are for. One of these years, after I fill many sketchbooks like this one, I will be drawing again!

This is the cheapest sketchbook that I could find. I got it at Walmart. That was a mistake. The paper is of a very low quality, it starts curling after a while... Once again I discover that I should never save on supplies, because I end up losing more than I saved. The next time I am going to get a heavier paper. A drawing pad. Even though this is only for sketches.
