~ My Quan Yin Experience ~
ॐ
.
From what I was able to remember and write down upon waking & then discover through intense rabbit-hole researching...
I had a pretty intense dream two nights ago, and again last night where I met (the Bodhisattva) Quan Yin - who I realized is one of my Ascended Masters. Long story short - I received a download which revealed a great many truths, through the various patterns of synchronicity.
Her symbol/symbolic flower is the Lotus (my favourite flower and one I draw a lot). She is a representative of the 7th Ray - and embodies the God qualities of Mercy, Forgiveness, and Compassion.
The 7^th Ray is the Ray of the Aquarian Age, is Violet in colour, and is also called the Flame of Transmutation and Freedom (as it can transmute the cause, effect, record, and memory of negative Karma).
Quan Yin is the spelling that instantly came to my mind upon waking. But with more research/rabbit hole exploring - i've found that that is the Vietnamese spelling. (And as someone also pointed out to me, the more 'Quantum Cosmic' spelling)
.
.
There are MANY legends surrounding her... She is also known as Kwan Yin / Kuan (Shih) Yin / Guan Shih Yin / Guanyin / Kannon / Miao Shan / Avalokitesvara-Kuan Yin / Lokesvarac / The Tibetan Buddhist Tara - White Goddess.
"Avalokiteśvara (/ˌɑːvəˌloʊkɪˈteɪʃvərə/ AH-və-LOH-ki-TAY-shvər-ə;[1] Sanskrit: अवलोकितेश्वर) is a bodhisattva who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. This bodhisattva is variably depicted, described and is portrayed in different cultures as either female or male. In Chinese Buddhism, Avalokiteśvara has become the somewhat different female figure Guanyin. In Cambodia, he appears as Lokesvarak, and in Japan he is called Kanzeon or Kannon."
"The original meaning of the name fits the Buddhist understanding of the role of a Bodhisattva. The reinterpretation presenting him as an īśvara shows a strong influence of Hinduism, as the term īśvara was usually connected to the Hindu notion of Vishnu (in Vaishnavism) or Śiva (in Shaivism) as the Supreme Lord, Creator and Ruler of the world. Some attributes of such a god were transmitted to the bodhisattva, but the mainstream of those who venerated Avalokiteśvara upheld the Buddhist rejection of the doctrine of any creator god."

.
- "In Sanskrit, Avalokiteśvara is also referred to as Padmapāni ("Holder of the Lotus") or Lokeśvara ("Lord of the World"). In Tibetan, Avalokiteśvara is Chenrézik, (Tibetan: སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་) and is said to emanate as the Dalai Lama, the Karmapa, and other high lamas. An etymology of the Tibetan name Chenrézik is spyan "eye", ras "continuity" and gzig "to look". This gives the meaning of one who always looks upon all beings (with the eye of compassion)."
This article/write-up from Sacred Wind blew my mind:
"Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion, is a manifestation of the Divine Mother and serves Humankind in much the same way as Mother Mary. Many think of her as the Buddhist Madonna and Savourness of the East. Her names are as numerous as those of Mother Mary - and her title and office as a Goddess denotes her level of attainment as a Cosmic Being."
Her name means "one who regards, looks on, or hears the sounds of the world".
"Kuan Yin is a Bodhisattva, a being of wisdom destined to become a Buddha. She has taken a vow of a Bodhisattva to save all beings from suffering by forgoing the final state of Buddhahood. Scholar Robert Thurman explains these celestial saviors saying...:
"Bodhisattvas are truly messianic figures, spiritual heroes and heroines willing to sacrifice themselves for others life after life. At the same time, they are keen to develop the wisdom that understands reality and the art to be effective in savings Beings."
"Quan Yin is called the Goddess of Mercy because she embodies the flame of Mercy & Compassion. We can pray to her not only for comfort, healing, guidance, and succor - but also for mercy, compassion, and forgiveness. She shows us through the flame of forgiveness how to free ourselves from all the hardness of heart, and teaches us to have compassion for All. She comes as the Mother to dispel all Maya (illusion)."
"The Age of Aquarius is dawning. Mystics and Sages say this is the age for the Awakening of our understanding of God as Mother. It is the Age for the raising of the Mother Flame."
"Quan Yin is working VERY hard to bring in the Golden Age of the Seventh Ray of Aquarius and make it a reality. She will work with any one who is sincerely seeking resolution and healing. She shows us how to balance our Karma and helps us not only to heal our Heart, but also to develop the 'Heart of a Bodhisattva of Compassion'."
Guess what (Mani) Mantra is associated with her?!?! (This shook me)...
.
~ OM MANI PADME HUM ! ❤ ~
And then I saw this...
The Sacred Flame:
"Let me ever worship
Those Compassionate Guardians
Who unceasingly protect and point out
The pathway leading to the Sacred Flame."
~ Hermes
.... Another one of my Ascended Masters/Guides
And from another site:
Quan Yin has this message for you...
.
"You as me: "what is Karma?" Well, let me tell you this, it is not a punishment. It is, rather, a balance sheet of cause and effect that YOU keep for yourself. All of life presents you with lessons to learn, for that, after all, is the point of being in physical existence.
If you had nothing more to learn, or if you had chosen not to learn but to remain in ignorance, then you would not have left the heart of God. YOU need to see and understand those lessons from both sides, and to experience all aspects of life: happy and sad; calm and stormy; pain and peace. You also need to gain the realisation that all actions have consequences, and that some actions bring you closer to your Christ-self - your Divine Self - than others.
If returning to Unity with God is your ultimate goal, then you need to live AS God: as a loving, compassionate and merciful being of Light. For it is that path that brings the most peace to your soul and the most joy to your heart. Can you imagine a life full of peace and joy? Try now.... You can have this if you choose, for you make many choices every day - you can choose to be humble and forgiving; loving and giving in thought, word and deed; a friend to yourself as well as a friend to others.
You do not have to carry the burden of unhappiness or discontent, if you choose not to. Unburden yourself daily of all hurts, troubles and upsets that have beset your day and sincerely ask for the Flame of Forgiveness and Mercy to transmute wrongs (real or perceived) done to you, or that you have done to others and I will intercede for you."
Too many friggin synchronicities to keep track of ;)
