As you might have seen in my previous posts, I was in Bratislava two weeks ago. I stumbled across one of my favourite drinks of all time, which is called Kofola. The taste is amazing and yet so surprising. Some people whom I traveled with said it tastes like red wine, but I don't think so at all. It has more or less the same color than Coca Cola, but tastes completely different. In the finish there is a sprinkle of gingerbread flavour I think, which tastes amazing. Until I checked wikipedia, I didn't know that Kofola is in a very fierce competition with Coca Cola and Pepsi. It it actually said that people prefer Kofola much more than the worldknown soft drinks.
This drink is only available in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which makes it unique. If you have any chance to go there, you have to have a drink of Kofola at all cost.
