Fun day yesterday. I took some shots with my Canon DLSR and soon to have some footage from the drone. My husband is doing a television production. I would love to put some on Dlive.
This took some planning to circle the capitol. Permissions had to be granted, drone license, and airport notified. So you know not to go out without planning.
Set up for blast off across the street from capitol to fly across street, up 400 ft and around then around capitol. He got some amazing footage.

The top of the State Capitol the bronze guy on top is named "The Sower."
Here is DJI Maverick Drone up in the clouds. So exciting and it is amazingly quiet for a drone.
Here he is coming down after about a 1/2 an hour. I think he changes the battery once during this whole event. And lost transmission briefly when near the bronze statue.
Mission Accomplished.
