(Segovia) back at you again with a quick upload. This time I bring to you funky track filled with a lo-fi atmosphere. As part of my new every-two-days weekly upload, this is the second track I'm posting.
The sample from this joint comes from "The shortest distance" by Willie Hutch. A very soulful track, I decided to lay it over some jazzy drums and fill the empty spaces with foleys. The soundbits come from "Glengarry Glen Ross', a movie I happened to see recently, and that bit of dialogue totally clicked with me. I needed to use it somehow, and here it is. I'm very happy with the vibe that this tracks emanates, it's the first track that takes this funk-soul like route and I really dig it.
