#### SHOW NOTES
- This was taught to me by my good friend and professional trainer extraordinaire, Richard La Faber.
- SKILLS - this is your box of expertise, combined with your experience in honing the skill set. It could be something you studying for, or something you picked up along the way. Some examples are graphic design, coding, sales, marketing, speaking, presenting, writing etc)
- KNOWLEDGE - this is what you know about, and it could be from your experience as well. The books you've read, the people you've met, the speeches you've heard, they all contribute to the library of knowledge in your head.
- TALENT - now, this is the magic sauce, and if you look at the formula, it's the great multiplier.
- What this means is for two individuals, say A and B, and if they are putting in the equal amount of time developing their strength, B, who has natural talent, will always outshine A, who may just be relying on hard work.
- Identifying your talent is critical if you want to 10x your strengths.
