Interesting last 24 hours in Steem World. Oh I found it hilarious with the amount of memes and gifs flying around the place with all the fork related puns. I was in heaven. There was so much going in the Steem Telegram, all kinds of drama, knee jerk reactions and the sheer panic about what was going on, but most importantly, puns:

Some cool heads to deal with the same questions over and over again... I know exactly what it's like working in customer service in my job and could feel the twitchiness and the "stressed Eric" nerves being tested:

As things were going a little bit pear shaped with some down time as a bug was found, the Power House Creatives Discord was on FIRE, never seen it so alive before and what particularly tickled me was when Hive account@jaynie made the comment about seeing all kinds of characters come out of the woodwork... cue this meme:

So I decided to flex my meme muscles even more and, being a little bit inspired by Hive account@theycallmedan's meme contest, I offloaded a couple more - if this hard fork could be depicted like one of those people handing out fliers in the street, this is how it would look:

Either way, vicious rumours were spreading that I'd been tickling whales which caused the bug in the code, I can assure you that this is #forknews but my favourite (and simultaneously, LEAST favourite) moment was finding out that Partiko was affected by the hard fork and isn't working properly, which I hope gets fixed soon but yea... Hardiko

Overload

OK, now I have that out my system, I wanted to share this track with you called Overload which I figured would be appropriate given the situation yesterday when things literally got overloaded on the chain. It's a liquid Drum & Bass track which we can hopefully all party to now that the forkery is out the way!
