It all got a little bit emotional yesterday. I promised myself, "Never again, let's keep our head up and find that positive vibe again".
Turns out all I needed to do was rant to a couple of trusted friends about my troubles last night and then go for for a 9.5 mile walk today around the Chiltern Hills. Another 5 mile walk tomorrow and the demons of the last month will have been melted by the awesome blinding positive fire ball I've shunted their way like some special move from Tekken. Who was the guy that shouted out "HYOUKEN" and launched a fireball? Answers in the comments below!
Nonetheless, I feel reborn and I'm transporting my mind to the coastline you see in the photo I took which blesses the presence of this track. I used it in a travel blog from last year when I wrote about Sennen Cove, absolutely no filters needed when nature provides the magic for you!
Earlier that day when I took this picture, I was standing at the beach as the waves lapped at my feet, I heard a group of females shouting and screaming, at first I thought they were my groupies (I mean, they ARE everywhere haha.. not really) but no, it turns out the were waving their arms around because there was a big pod of dolphins, maybe 20 or so. But it was amazing to see some of them jumping out of the water and showing their playful spirit.
But why oh why am I talking about dolphins? Only because of this:
That's right legends of steem, I've been on a spending spree this last couple of weeks and made the most of the steem sale that's going on to power up to dolphinhood! 3k Steem or so powered up to help support my friends here and also believing the future of steem is looking bright with the increased curation initiatives. I've even seen my fellow creatives saying that they are actually getting MORE post payouts.
Some say I'm too positive about steem and that I'm a mad man for buying it. Believe me, I've been around the block (ha) and seen other projects fall apart, fold or otherwise discontinue whilst steem is still going with even more development and a strong core of people. Sad that those left before giving HF21/22 a chance but then it's their loss really. I've been annoyed a few times with the way things have gone in the past here but like we have to in the world we live in, I've adapted to different situations I've found myself on steem, tried a few things and earned whilst I've learned. A lot can be said for giving things a go rather than complain about it and not figure out a solution for yourself.
Next up - orcadom... but we'll have to wait a lot longer to get there I think haha! How are you folks set up for your next level up on steem?
Take it easy
