We've all been there. You go on holiday (if you're lucky) and have a lovely time doing anything but work and it feels FANTASTIC! Then before you know it, the holiday is over and you're back at the day job tomorrow...
I just got home after a long weekend away to a cute little village called Grosmont in the North York Moors National Park, it was a long drive (took about 6 hours total time add to that a 10km walk earlier in the day) and I am one broken man! Funnily enough, I was a LOT sadder returning from this 3 day trip than I was the 80 day traveling in Australia & New Zealand... work that one out.
So cue this upload from me called Black Hole which is meant to resemble the black hole of emotion we all feel after coming back from holiday. I originally made it back in 2015 when I returned to an empty house after a 50 day travelling stint... that really did suck! The ringing effects you hear in this one are meant to resemble the phone ringing and no-one's home to pick up, it's just you...
But let's keep it positive - you have had an awesome holiday and no doubt lots of fond memories and pictures to look back on to help you get through to your next one! Yea!
The picture is one I took at a place called the Hole of Horcum and it's the biggest natural amphitheatre in the UK apparently... oo err... more on that in a later blog as I'll take you on a little walk with me.
For now though, enjoy this one!
