This is the audio only version of my Open Mic entry for this week - it's raw and simple with mistakes but I have always liked this melody/chord progression.
I used Helix Native for the guitar sound but I was feeling nervous and used a bit more gain than I usually would.
Otherwise it's my standard formula of Superior Drummer, 1 bass and a couple of guitar tracks. I did use a played midi drum part this time and altered it to suite, it sounds much more "real" than fully sequenced songs and has made me think more seriously about rearranging my room to fit an Ekit in.
