"Psyclone"
My author's track is "psyclone". I wrote it in 2017 and it is like a debut release on the music label "Unpause Records."
At the moment I am a resident of the label "Unpause Records" and soon I will have a new release!
I made this track very deep, smooth and mystical. I had to work on mastering and compression a lot, since at an early stage the bass was overloading and didn’t sound as clear as it is now. I used one synthesizer to create this track - NI Massive. In it, I made all the bass lines, light and smooth pad as well as the main melody. As for the drum parts, I wrote it from single shots and did a lot of work with equalization, with a cut of frequencies and a little filter processing for a cleaner sound.
The track sounds measured and liquid, and gradually increases creating tension, this track is suitable for driving a car in the dark. I made it dark, slightly apathetic. I like to make such melodies that sound a little scary. In combination with dense bass, it adds a dark atmosphere to my music.
I mixed several styles in it, the main component is DarkStep, there are also elements Dub and 2Step in it. This is a bundle of energy that accumulates its power and now it will burst out, splashing everything around with violet and indigo paints.
Psyclone rightfully became my best work in 2017, and I gathered a lot of positive feedback on this track.
