Hi Everyone.
Once and a while I do something that I even think turns out very cool. So cool in fact I smile while looking or listening to it.
Still feeling very tired today I spoke my Ramble for today. From there I was going through my Steemit feed reading posts from people I follow trying to get caught up.
Unfortunately, I kept running into everyone's Freewrite's for today and because of how I'm feeling, had not written mine yet.
I then said to myself, "Self! Suck It Up!" and just write for 5 minutes and even if it is bad you now can let yourself read other people's freewrites for today.
As I hate following rules and being told what to do, even by myself, I decided to see if I could make up a story by just talking it out loud in the 5 minute time frame.
What you are going to hear if you press the play button is me making up a story using the word belt. I had no idea what I was going to say. I did know from seeing the word belt that it was going to be on a writing table.
I hit record and spoke for 5 minutes. You can hear the 5-minute alarm sound at the end of this recording.
I then went in and deleted all the long silent spaces so you, the listener, would not be bored.
When I heard the playback of the story for the first time............all I can say is my mouth drop open, then a HUGE smile, a mile wide, lite up my face.
Of course, I had to add a bit of music to the background and someone above is being very wonderful to me today because the very first song I tried fit the story perfectly.
So. I am very proud to introduce my very first 5 minute Speakwrite! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
