Damn, I forgot to label a couple of episodes. Songsmiths posts labelled with an episode number are part of the story that is my musical history. I wanted to keep that history separate from what's currently happening with the Songsmiths project. . .The best laid plans. . . Anyway, AirZen is another original song (see Ep2 on Steemit for the first original I posted). The words are based on thoughts I used to have while meditating. I would think "Just do it, just. . ." and switch off the voice in my head. It's about how simple meditation sounds - sit and breathe - and how hard it is to actually maintain that quiet mind. Of course the "Air" in the title is a reference to Nike products because of the "just do it" lyric. Oh, and there's a humorous twist at the end. Enjoy!
