Hey Dtube!
I wanted to share one of my favorite hand stand drills that will help you get upside down! This is a great drill that help build strength in your shoulders and arms. Practicing these will help build your core strength and stabilizer muscles in your upper body.
This is a great drill for anyone starting out with hand stands that don't have their free standing hand stand down because you can use the support of the wall to help you.
