Good morning guys!!!
Today I had really good breakfast, healthy protein dairy free yogurt! Its really tasty and its not dairy which is better for my stomach!!
Training today was really good and long and we did a proper workout! I started off with warm up as usual , its been really cold this week and Im suuuupeeeer cold!!!
I try and film the gym as much as I can, but sometimes its hard with limited times. Today we did a lot of upper body, arms, pull ups, crosses, and weight lifts!!! Getting my arms and chest strong again is good, as this is the weakest part on my body! If I look serious in a video , that is because im really concentrating!
All the exercises are performed in 3 sets either 12 or 15 times - in case you wanted to do them yourself in a gym! I finished off with quick HITT training and headed home!!
Then I had an interview and was ready to talk about Steemit!!! which is great!! and again im having this protein bar, it wasnt soo tasty!!! and I am ready to have dinner!!! I had pan fried seabass and some soup! Hope you enjoyed my vlog!!!
