Heyyy everyone! Ok day 4 today! I am definitely feeling more irritated and everyone is suddenly annoying me! hahah but I did the diet for breakfast and lunch and then for dinner I had some other foods at the Youtube party, I am not following it super strict I guess. Its more like a detox or calorie restriction! But tonight i had some sugar, some meat, some waffles, it was quite naughty!!!! One thing for sure is that its really not hard to be on buckwheat diet, it literally expands in your tummy - making you feel full and satisfied only physically - not mentally of course!!!
I have some challenging days coming up, so I will stick to it as much as I can! We shall see :)))
