I like sing, but on my opinion a successful singer also should dance on the scene. I learn to dance for 3 month. On this video is my first dance through 8 or 10 lessons.

The reasons to go to the dance:
- this makes the body flexible and you learn you to feel good in your body.
- you move not like you can, you can move as you want!
- It will be good cardio exercises, but you should make a calorie deficit so the workout will be effective, or eat at 0 in order to not gain weight.
- Dancing will increase your self-esteem and self-confidence.
- Anyone who has problems with joints or never engaged in any sport, it should starts dancing for improvement the health and prepare the body for severe physical activity.
