Hey everybody!!! we are back!!! me and @Ivargereiko did our first fitness video!!!
This is a 15 minute HITT training that is perfect if you want to do a quick and easy workout and burn some calories. This 15 minute workout is perfect for couples or to work out with your friends or actually to do it on your own. You don’t really need any equipment, you can do it outside, you can do it inside, basically you can do it everywhere and anywhere.
That is the beauty of this workout, and it can burn up to 300 cal per session. This is also really good for the after-burn effect so you will be burning calories even after you have done this workout. I think fitting 15 minutes into your day is pretty easy and if you don’t have time for gym you can definitely do this one any will be good substitute especially if you’re travelling.
This was our first workout video and I found it really funny, I couldn’t stop laughing because it looked so funny in the video of us jumping together in doing squats and star jumps, so when you see the video please try not to take the piss out of us, LOL.
