“Push-ups with body rotation”
Today is day 68 of my 77 daily push-ups!
Today I'll do push-ups with the rotation of the body. The advantage of such push-ups is that when you turn the load on the muscles of one arm increases.
Therefore, I will alternate the load on the right, then on the left arm. This is a great exercise that helps to prepare for push-ups on one hand. I am far from such push-ups, so I will do push-ups with the rotation of the body.
