This past week, ScrewTube, formerly known as YouTube, helped me make up my mind to completely transition to DTube. Just as I was about to get monetized, the rules were changed, and I was thrown under the no-hope bus with the rest of small channels. Or maybe so it seems? Maybe every cloud does indeed have a silver lining?
I have always chosen to be an optimist, and I believe that the timing couldn't have been better. Perhaps it is time for all of us to transition to a free, uncensored Internet where you rise because you have good content, and not because you choose to make long-winded videos so that YouTube algorithms would favor you?
In this video, I am sharing my story about ScrewTube, my thoughts about the future (read "DTube and decentralized platforms") and my hope for much better digital times to come.
I hope you will enjoy my little rant :)).
Have a great week, everyone!
Love and peace.
Elena
