Dwight David Eisenhower was the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces during World War II. After the Germans surrendered, Eisenhower rounded up German soldiers and put them in a concentration camp called Rhine Meadows. The men were deprived of food, water, and shelter. Although it's not clear how many men died, estimates number at least 2 million German men were intentially killed.
