Another Bacon Weave?

If you recall my last episode, I made a bacon weave braaibroodjie (see that episode here).. Now yes, that IS a cool sarmie... but to be honest it's not very practical, and requires a fair number of steps before getting ones bacon/cheese fix :-)

In this episode however, I put a bacon weave to a much more practical use.

... and in the burger?

To make our bacon weave burger, we start off with a normal burger and/or stuffed burger and then wrap our weave around it.

Start with your favourite burger recipe

Wrap it in your bacon weave

Onto the grill until the bacon is nice & crispy

Cheese... Because Cheese! ;-)

Voila!!!
