How long can I expect to be on a diet until I reach my goal weight loss?
That's a VERY loaded question and it's usually asked with the sentiment that the answer is going to be something QUICK with HUGE numbers. I'm here to tell you that you most likely will not lose 50 lbs in your month long diet, it's not something that you can just "flash" real quick. You have to set realistic goals to be able to achieve your weight loss goals and more importantly, keep that weight off afterwards!
