I overall am against it but do support it in some cases, that being to euthanize those in law enforcement and military who abuse the death penalty to harm innocents.
Evidence?
Now, do cops make mistakes and kill in the line of duty when they shouldn't...yes. Is there a bias in favor of cops in our criminal justice system...yes. However, justified or unjustified killings by cops is not the same thing as the death penalty which requires that the person being executed be found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt by a jury of their peers and access to an appeals process. What you have done is create a false equivalency.
US State will know they are guilty and of course that they likely tortured the children and innocents they hope to abuse capital punishment with.
Evidence.
These people euthanized me, more than once, to protect guilty Police and parents who harmed me, tortured me actually, and murdered me, as a child and adult.
If you were euthanized then how are you alive to comment on Steemit. Methinks someone is either confused about the definition of euthanize (which is the act or practice of killing or permitting the death of hopelessly sick or injured individuals (such as persons or domestic animals) in a relatively painless way for reasons of mercy) or has been conned into believing in reincarnation.
Point is you need to clean your house and the death penalty is the ultimate mistake that US Cops get wrong.
The death penalty is not something that cops administer. Remember the death penalty and a justified/unjustified homicide by a cop are not the same thing.
Charge the cops with treason and murder
If a cop unjustifiably kills someone then they should be charged with manslaughter, as murder requires intent, but you cannot charge them with treason as an unjustified homicide does not meet the definition of treason per Article 3 Section 3 of the US Constitution which states that "treason shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
let them die in US DOD based military courts and/or kill them as armed invaders of US State.
Merriam-Webster defines inavde, in the context of this conversation, as "to enter for conquest or plunder" with invader being one that invades. As cops are current residents of the US they cannot, by definition, be invaders.
Since US DOD owns the US law's intelligence assets. All of them.
Evidence.
