Dtube Exclusive - Hey Goldmember by Beyonce / from Austin Powers (Piano Cover)

Yeah, Baby! Today I am doing a cover in honor of my new friend Hive account@goldmatters! He has been doing an awesome post series leading up to valentine's day and yesterday he posted a SUPER fun article of him walking through a wax museum and posing with different "celebrities" from Taylor Swift to Benjamin Franklin sporting his Gold Matters swag. In this post he pointed out a couple songs that are all about gold!

I highly recommend checking out the post... Golden Slumbers Fill Your Eyes.

The song choices varied from the Beatles, to Elvis Presley... to yes, Goldmember from Austin Powers. He offered to send me a Gold Matters t-shirt If I covered one of those songs, and I just couldn't pass up that opportunity!

Do you want to hear something crazy? I literally might be the first person EVER to do a cover version of this song. I was trying to find one for inspiration and scoured all over YouTube without success. Mighta found my niche here people... ;)

I also could not find music for it anywhere, and so I improvised! Turns out the basic structure of this song is founded on "Shake Shake Shake" by KC and the Sunshine Band, and so I was able to use their music to help guide this cover!

I hope you guys enjoy my version of this Beyonce song! Oh and the gold glitter face paint.
