Hi Friends!
I know we all find ourselves in funks sometime when we don't really have a good reason to feel unmotivated or discouraged - but we do.
I have a few things I like to do in those moments - one of them being power walks.
I actually found myself in one of these funks this morning. Lately I have been spending a lot of time studying successful YouTuber's and watching tutorials on ways to make my videos more engaging and higher quality. It's been so fun to practice things like moving around the shot, adding text, transitions, sound effects, b-roll, music and all sorts of things.
This morning though, I went from feeling inspired and creative to feeling totally overwhelmed that I didn't have good enough equipment, software, backdrops.... all the things.
I decided I wanted to do a reset on my energy and so I headed out for a power walk. In this video I chat more about this and why I think power walks are so effective for resetting your energy, adding extra motivation when you need it, and injecting a little extra intention to your day.
