My first dtube video upload! This isn't the best version of this single arm balance I've ever done because I'm moving around trying to maintain balance. However, I don't have many videos saved and I wanted to post my first video today so here it is.
I posted a picture awhile back doing this on the handbalancing cane and it was perfect. But this video goes to show that I still struggle some days. Gotta take the good with the bad. This video was shot when I was first learning the pose and I was pretty happy to have even balanced on one arm that day.
So now that I've learned to post videos, expect more of them in the near future! I can't wait to show all the cool transitions that I know.
