But doesn't the fact make them dictators? ;) As for the Chinese people calling their food Japanese, there is nothing wrong with it. With the video, I wanted people to be aware that there are Chinese people exploiting others for profits. There are certainly Chinese people making admirable effort to make the better sushi everyday, like a sushi chef I saw in San Francisco, but there are also too many Chienese restaurants serving low quality food. They use the name "Japanese food" only because it is easier for them to market locals that do not really know about foreigh cultures. I do not think that what "the" Chinese people are doing will help anyone at all. I think that it only makes Asians look like a group of people providing inferior culture, leading to comtempt by occidental people. I hope that you understand the point.
