I remember drake giving out close to $1m that was connected to his music video "Gods plan" last week.
While it is a great gesture and i hold absolutely no hate for him for that (i love drake, he's my fav artist TBH) it falls incredibly short of what steemit has given out over a 2 year period.
According to steem.io, which is an official steem-"related portal by the way, steemit has paid out about $22m in rewards.
Read that again, that statement alone is a powerful tool for steem publicity and indeed showcases how powerful the platfrom can get.
This video is a short compilation and a thank you message to the steemit community for the support thats been given to nigeria, its a mashup of videos and pictures from many of the events done since nov 2017 till date.

As we enter the month of march, the year 2018 started wirh a bang for us in nigeria on steemit. While the rest of the country were lamenting one issue or another, we took it upon ourselves to give hope to those who had none, if the reason for living isnt to extend the happiness within us towards others, then i dont know what life is.
