I was reading in my balcony and enjoying the sunny day when it suddenly got cloudy and started raining. Soon after there was a full blown thunder storm above the city, and I managed to caught a few flashes and a lot of rumbling on video. I love thunder and I didn't even try to close the windows, but let the rain fall into the balcony and sat in there for half an hour admiring the weather.

I shot this with my iPhone 8 and pieced together the parts where something was happening. It was a lot of waiting to be able to catch those fasts flashes of lightning on camera. I know this is a very masterful videography work, you are welcome.

Who else starts counting seconds after a flash of lightning to the rumble to find out how far it is?
