Human body is meant to move. Don't sit for excessively long periods of time. Take a break once in a while and move your body. One minute break every 30 minutes.
This video here is about an hour in 8 minutes. Actually it was longer, more like 2 hours, but I cut off all the "What should I do next, Perhaps if... hmmm... naah... Yeah, no..." -things. After cutting, 60 minutes, 900% speed up and now it's 8 minutes.
Can you find the lunges, shoulder blade push ups, hip hinges, planks, flat backs, twists and lots of stretches.
Why the disco lights? Well, why not!
