Friends, I'm going to the office now, I got out of the house a little sooner, because I walk to the office. Every morning and evening at least 30 minutes walk. Because I think walking is the best exercise. The easiest exercise to keep body healthy and well.
Also, we should consider walking as a preventive tool to develop walking habits, because one has to walk to maintain the well-being of all healthy people.
A study by the United Kingdom Stroke Association found that those who walk at least 30 minutes a day, the risk of high blood pressure is greatly reduced. Those who have high blood pressure, their hypertension is controlled. Apart from regular walking habits, it reduces the incidence of up to 27 percent of the upper respiratory problems. As a result, the risk of heart disease and stroke decreases.
