
Seize The Moment To Renew Your Mind
We are always in the doing and rarely in the being. The being is where you reflect. It's where your mind jumps off the treadmill and talks to you. It's also where you become more aware of your thoughts and your environment. Just BE. Take this moment to do nothing. Act as if there are no plans for tomorrow. See how your mind automatically jumps to think about the things you have to DO tomorrow? Or maybe you simply just relaxed your mind and focused on your thoughts. The point is that your mind needs breaks and I out of all people need to hear this first. I too need to be reminded to slow things down and gather myself. We often are always doing because we feel we need to or else the sky will fall and we will start to freak out. We are living busier lives by the minute and time to just BE can seem scarce. But it doesn't have to be because you can choose to BE.
